欢迎使用本服务。本协议由您与杭州时一未来科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”或“时一未来科技”）订立。下载、安装、访问或使用我们的软件及相关服务，或购买订阅，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本服务条款以及我们的《隐私政策》约束。

我们提供专业文献研读、低延迟手写批注、局部 OCR、AI 解释与总结、记忆闪卡生成、以及可选的 iCloud 多端同步功能。基础阅读和笔记批注功能永久免费；进阶 AI 研读能力通过 AI Credits 或订阅服务提供。

Welcome to our service. These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and Hangzhou Shiyi Future Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our software and services, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We provide scholarly document study tools, native low-latency handwriting, localized OCR, AI-assisted explanations, spaced-repetition flashcards, and optional iCloud synchronization. Core note-taking features are free forever; enhanced AI study tools are supported via AI Credits and subscriptions.

本应用默认采用匿名身份机制（基于设备唯一标识派生），您无需注册传统账号密码即可开箱即用。若您启用了 Apple ID 或 iCloud 同步，您的凭据受 Apple 安全体系保护。

您有责任妥善保管您的设备与 Apple ID 凭证。因您自身设备遗失、未设置锁屏密码或借予他人使用导致的资料泄露，需由您自行承担责任。

Our application adopts an anonymous identity architecture by default (derived from your local device identifier), allowing out-of-the-box usage without password registration. If you enable Apple ID or iCloud sync, your credentials remain safeguarded under Apple's security framework.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from lost devices or compromised local passcodes.

所有权归您所有：您上传、导入、手写书写或通过 AI 总结生成的所有 PDF、笔记文本、草图和复习卡片，知识产权与所有权均完整属于您。

有限服务授权：为了向您提供文件渲染、iCloud 同步与用户主动触发的 AI 转换服务，您授予我们在技术必需的最小范围内处理您的内容的有限授权。该授权绝不转移所有权，绝不将您的私有资料公开，更绝不用于通用 AI 模型的商业训练。

You Own Your Content: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all PDFs, handwritten notes, highlights, and AI-generated review cards created or imported within our applications.

Limited License: Solely to deliver document rendering, iCloud synchronization, and user-initiated AI processing, you grant us a strictly limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as technically required. We never train foundation AI models on your study data.

本服务的 AI 解释、核心考点总结与闪卡生成能力基于先进语言模型自动化生成。模型输出可能存在局限性、不完整或事实偏差。您应当查对原文献锚点（Source Anchor），不得将 AI 输出直接替代医疗诊断、法律意见、金融投资或学校官方答卷。

您需自觉遵守所在院校、出版机构或雇主关于人工智能使用与学术诚信（Academic Integrity）的规章制度。本服务提供精准的可溯源引用标注能力，旨在赋能理解而非抄袭替写。

AI study features (Explain, Summarize, Flashcards) are powered by automated large language models. While designed for accuracy, outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or outdated. You should always verify answers against primary source anchors.

You agree to uphold academic integrity rules set by your educational institution or publisher. Our software provides grounded citations to deepen comprehension, not to facilitate academic dishonesty.

AI Credits 是控制云端高性能模型调用频次的服务点数，不具备货币属性，不可转让、折现或用于应用外交易。用户主动触发 AI 请求前，界面会明确展示所需预估点数。

若因网络波动或服务端模型异常导致请求失败，系统将通过幂等锁与事务机制自动回退点数，确保扣费透明合理。

AI Credits are functional service units measuring model computational usage. They hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed outside our services. Expected credits are displayed transparently before actions.

In case of server errors or network timeouts, the system automatically refunds credits through transactional idempotency.

自动续期订阅：高级研读订阅 (Pro / Plus) 提供按月（Monthly）和按年（Annual）两种自动续期订阅选项。购买确认后，费用将通过您的 Apple ID 账户扣除。除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将自动续订。

管理与退款：您可在 iPad「系统设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中随时管理或取消订阅。换机或重装时，可随时在应用内点击「恢复购买 (Restore Purchases)」立即恢复已购权益。退款申请均须遵循 Apple App Store 的官方退款政策并通过 Apple 渠道提交。

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Pro / Plus subscriptions are offered via monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

Management & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You may restore purchases anytime using the in-app "Restore Purchases" button. All refund requests are governed directly by Apple App Store policies.

您在使用本服务时不得从事以下行为：

• 逆向工程、反编译、破解应用客户端或非法拦截调用服务端 API；
• 利用脚本或机器人恶意刷取 AI Credits 试用点数或滥发高频请求；
• 上传含有恶意木马病毒、侵犯第三方版权、或违反法律法规的违法违禁内容；
• 利用本软件从事危害他人人身财产安全的违法违规活动。

When utilizing our services, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the client app or backend APIs;
• Exploit scripts or automated tools to abuse AI Credits or generate abnormal traffic;
• Upload malicious code, copyright-infringing works, or unlawful materials;
• Utilize our services for high-risk, unlawful, or dangerous activities.

除您的个人内容外，本服务的软件代码、视觉设计、Logo、交互组件及技术文档的所有权均归杭州时一未来科技有限公司所有。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本服务按“现状 (AS IS)”提供，我们不对网络中断、不可抗力或第三方云服务故障造成的偶发损失承担超出法定范围的责任。

Except for user-owned content, our software, visual designs, logos, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hangzhou Shiyi Future Technology Co., Ltd. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.
